Cooking lesson of typical Tuscan dishes with lunch and wine pairing
When your arrive you will be accompained to our kitchen, where you will each have a workstation with all ingredients and tools to prepare your lunch.
During the preparation we will serve you our fresh white wine Vermentino.
We will be making a lunch made up of:
- Typical tuscan appetizer with cold cutes and bruschettas.
- Fresh tagliatelle with sausages leeks and zafferano of San Gimignano
- Cantuccini and Vin Santo
Pair freshly cooked disches with a selection of ours wines:
- Vermentino IGT
- Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG
- Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG
- Vin Santo del Chianti DOC
After lunch you are free to visit the cellar and sorrounding vineyards.
